The rest of the world's seen blogs that discuss tacos, kimchee, burgers and everything else that's safe for the palette. But what about sushi? No, we're not talking about the crap Ralphs puts out in its seafood display or the California rolls your coworker can't stop talking about ("OMG, I love sushi! There's this Korean sushi joint on XXX street. So authetic, like orange flavoured chicken!") - no, that's not real sushi! So what is? That's what we're going to look for because Lord knows we need better sushi chefs to guide and feed our bellies.
